摘要
为保障软土地基施工质量,合肥白山船闸项目选择了水泥土双向搅拌桩工艺并采用自主研发的自动智能化施工及监测系统,完成后按要求进行现场试验,对比在不同施工工艺下桩体的取芯完整率、无侧限抗压强度以及标贯试验。结果表明,水泥土双向搅拌桩智能化施工更加符合现代软基处理工程的要求,降低了施工成本,可为后续类似工程的施工和监测提供参考。
To ensure the construction quality of soft soil foundation,Hefei Baishan ship lock project selects the cementsoil two-way mixing pile process and adopts the self-developed automatic intelligent construction and monitoring system.The onsite tests are conducted as required to compare the core integrity rate,unconfined compressive strength and standard penetration test of piles under different construction processes.The results show that the intelligent construction of cement-soil two-way mixing pile is more in line with the requirements of modern soft foundation treatment engineering and reduces the construction cost.It can provide reference for the construction and monitoring of subsequent similar projects.
