摘要
文章根据有限元分析、堆载试验及施工阶段现场的实时监测,对某项目的贝雷架高空支模平台进行了受力性能研究及分析。结果表明有限元分析与堆载试验能在一定程度上反映贝雷架的受力性能,但由于贝雷架杆件间的插销连接,现场实测下挠值与理论分析及堆载试验结果有一定偏差,如对于危险性较大的使用场景,应该进行施工结果的现场监测,以确保施工安全。
In this paper,according to the finite element analysis,surcharge test and real-time monitoring in the construction stage,the mechanical performance of the Bailey frame high-altitude formwork platform of a project is studied and analyzed.The results show that the finite element analysis and surcharge test can reflect the mechanical performance of the Bailey frame to a certain extent,but due to the bolt connection between the Bailey frame members,there is a certain deviation between the field measured deflection value and the theoretical analysis and surcharge test results.For the dangerous use scenarios,the field monitoring of the construction results should be carried out to ensure the construction safety.
