摘要
结合昆山地区时代大厦站和洞庭湖路站两个地铁车站的地下连续墙施工情况,分析了土层中上层存在深厚淤泥质粘土,下层存在深厚砂性土,且土层中含水量丰富容易形成塌孔,槽壁稳定性难以保证等问题。文章通过改良护壁泥浆配合比、超声波监测槽壁垂直度、优化成槽机等重型机械站位等综合措施,提出了在复杂土层中进行地下连续墙安全施工的应对方法。研究结果表明,在成槽前确保导墙质量,成槽过程中控制泥浆相对密度在适当值是保证成槽质量的关键;根据土层情况,适当缩减成槽时间,加强槽壁垂直度监测与水下混凝土质量控制等相关措施,可以有效提高地下连续墙质量,为后续基坑施工提供保障。
The construction of underground continuous wall is combined with the construction of two subway stations,The Times building station and the Dongting Lake Road stationin kunshan area,it is analyzed that there are deep soft clay in the upper layer and deep sandy soil in the lower layer.In this paper,through improving the mixture ratio of slurry,monitoring the verticality of slurry wall by ultrasound,optimizing the station position of heavy machinery such as trenching machine and other comprehensive measures,the countermeasures for safe construction of underground diaphragm wall in complex soil layer are proposed.The results show that it is the key to ensure the quality of the guide wall and control the relative density of the mud in the proper value during the process.According to the condition of soil layer,reducing thetime of trench construction,strengthening the monitoring of the verticality of the guide wall and the quality control of the underwater concrete can effectively improve the quality of the underground diaphragm wall.These appropriate measures can provide guarantee for the subsequent foundation pit construction.
