摘要
限速器安全钳联动系统是电梯里十分重要的安全部件,但除在型式试验和生产之初对限速器提拉力和安全钳动作所需最大提拉力进行过设置和校正外,后续在安装、维护和检验过程中都未对其进行量化校核验证。由于受部件磨损和养护不当等因素影响,这两个参数在使用过程中可能出现变化,导致限速器安全钳联动系统无法可靠动作,存在严重安全隐患。
Safety gear linkage system of speed limiter is a very important safety component in elevator.However,in addition to setting and correcting the lifting force of speed limiter and the maximum lifting force required by safety gears at the beginning of type test and production,it has not been checked in subsequent installation,maintenance and inspection.If these two parameters change in the process of use,it is very likely that the linkage system of safety gears of the speed limiter can not operate reliably,which will lead to the risk.
