我国护理人才分布及评价导向效果分析 被引量:20

Distribution of nursing talents in China and analysis of evaluation orientation effect

摘要 目的:分析我国护理人才的现状及存在的问题,为完善现有护理人才评价体系、加快实施护理人才结构优化与质量提升改革提供依据。方法:检索2016年—2019年《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》以及国家卫生健康委人才交流服务中心2017年—2019年卫生专业技术资格考试的数据,利用Excel 2003对数据进行分析。结果:截至2019年底,全国注册护士总数超过445万人,且不同地区、不同职称、不同学历各类护士总数均稳步增长;每年参加卫生专业技术资格考试人数160多万人次,通过率为50%~60%;全国注册护士中专科学历约占50%,研究生学历不足1%;具备中高级称职的护士约占20%;护士队伍年轻化,35岁以下的护士占护理人才队伍的60%以上,有近60%的护士工作年限不足10年。结论:目前护理人才质量稳步提升,但结构还需优化调整,评价方法需要进一步完善。 Objective:To analyze the status quo and existing problems of nursing talents in China,in order to provide data basis for improving the evaluation system of nursing talents and accelerating the reform of nursing talents structure optimization and quality improvement.Methods:The data of China Health Statistical Yearbook from 2016 to 2019 and the health professional technical qualification examination from 2017 to 2019 of the Health Human Resources Development Center of National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China were retrieved.And the data were analyzed by Excel2003.Results:By the end of 2019,the total number of registered nurses in China had exceeded 4.45 million.And the total number of nurses in different regions,professional titles and educational backgrounds had increased steadily.More than 1.6 million people had participated the health professional technical qualification examination every year,with an average passing rate of 50%⁃60%.Among registered nurses in China,50 percent had junior college degrees and one percent obtained graduate degrees.About 20%of nurses were qualified for middle and senior levels.The nursing workforce was getting younger.Nurses under the age of 35 account for more than 60 percent,and nearly 60 percent of nurses had less than ten years of service.Conclusion:At present,the quality of nursing talents was improving steadily,however,the structure needs to be optimized and adjusted,and the evaluation method needs to be further improved.
