摘要
目的观察拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者血管弹性、血管内皮功能及氧化应激状态的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院诊治的100例妊高征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SBPV、DBPV及24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ba-PWV、Eρ低于对照组,AC高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ET-1、sVCAM-1、MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的效果确切,可有效缓解症状,改善血管弹性、血管内皮功能及氧化应激状态,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effects of labetalol combined with nifedipine on vascular elasticity,vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress state in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given nifedipine treatment,and the observation group was combined with labetalol treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SBPV,DBPV and 24 h urinary protein quantification in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ba-PWV and Eρin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and AC was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1,sVCAM-1 and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has significant effect,it can effectively alleviate symptoms,improve vascular elasticity,vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress state,which is worthy of clinical application.
