摘要 根据夏阔坦矿业榆树田煤矿工作面顶板坚硬细砾砂岩和石英砂岩,采空区易悬顶,顶板来压垮落时,容易引起采空区瓦斯燃爆、回风隅角、回风流瓦斯超限,通过工作面采取偏“Y”型通风方式、连续注氮、顺层钻孔预抽、两道实施顶板预裂爆破、高位定向钻孔以及隅角埋管抽采等治理措施,在实践中有效杜绝了采空区瓦斯燃爆和瓦斯超限现象,保证安全生产。 According to the hard fine gravel sandstone and quartz sandstone of the working face of Yushutian Coal Mine in Xiaguotan Coal Mine,the goaf is easy to hang,and when the roof collapses,it is easy to cause gas explosion in the goaf,return air corner and return air gas exceeding the limit.The working face adopts Y-type ventilation,continuous nitrogen injection,bedding borehole pre-drainage,two roof pre-splitting blasting,high directional drilling and corner buried pipe extraction and other control measures.In practice,the phenomenon of gas burning and explosion and gas exceeding the limit in the goaf has been effectively put an end and the safety in production has been ensured.
