摘要
为了对危险废物进行科学处理,分析了危险废物处理处置产业发展现状,指出了其中存在的问题:监管力度和措施手段有待加强,存在一定的市场分割和区域垄断现象,上下游产业转型增加了经营风险。提出了促进危险废物处理处置产业发展的策略:强化市场运行机制,释放产业发展需求,严格行业监督管理,规范危险废物处理处置企业发展,完善危险废物经济政策,保证产业稳固发展,培育行业高端企业,提升产业整体水平,保证我国危险废弃物得到有效管理,促进企业快速发展,实现我国相关产业科学化发展。
In order to scientifically treat hazardous waste,this paper analyzes the development status of hazardous waste treatment and disposal industry,and points out the existing problems,that is,supervision and measures need to be strengthened,there is a certain market segmentation and regional monopoly,and the transformation of upstream and downstream industries increases business risks.It puts forward strategies to promote the development of hazardous waste treatment and disposal industry,i.e.to strengthen the market operation mechanism,release the needs of industrial development,strict industry supervision and management,standardize the development of hazardous waste treatment and disposal enterprises,improve the economic policy of hazardous waste,ensure the stable development of the industry,cultivate high-end enterprises in the industry,improve the overall level of the industry,and ensure the effective management of hazardous waste in China,promote the rapid development of enterprises and realize the scientific development of relevant industries in China.
