摘要
目的:建立氯化铵棕色口服溶液中19种无机元素的含量测定方法,并分析不同批次中无机元素的含量差异。方法:采用微波消解法处理氯化铵棕色口服溶液样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定不同批次样品中19种无机元素含量,采用SIMCA-P 13.0软件对数据进行主成分分析和偏最小二乘法判别分析。结果:19种元素线性关系良好,相关系数(r)≥0.9945;精密度试验和重复性试验的RSD≤5%(n=6);回收率在85.65%~96.38%,RSD≤5%(n=6)。氯化铵棕色口服溶液样品中19种元素的含量测定结果差别较大,主成分分析(PCA)可将不同批次样品分为四组,偏最小二乘法判别分析发现Li、B、K、V、Fe、Ni、As、Mo、Pd为主要差异元素。结论:不同批次氯化铵棕色口服溶液中无机元素的含量存在一定的差异。本研究建立的测定方法简便、灵敏、快捷,可用于氯化铵棕色口服溶液样品中无机元素含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of 19 inorganic elements in the Ammonium chloride brown(ACB)oral liquid and analyze content differences of inorganic elements in the liquid.Methods:The ACB oral liquid was treated by microwave digestion,the contents of 19 inorganic elements in different batches of the sample were determined by inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the data were analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)with the SIMCA-P 13.0 software.Results:The 19 elements displayed good linearities in the selected concentration ranges(r≥0.9945).The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the precision and repeatability tests were less than 5%(n=6).The average recovery rate ranged between 85.65%and 96.38%,with a RSD≤5%(n=6).The contents of the 19 determined elements varied greatly in the ACB oral liquid.The samples could be divided into 4 groups by PCA.PLS-DA showed that Li,B,K,V,Fe,Ni,As,Mo and Pd were the major difference elements.Conclusion:There existed certain differences in the contents of inorganic elements in different batches of ACB oral liquid.The method established through our study was simple,sensitive and fast and could be used for content determination of inorganic elements in the ACB oral liquid.
