摘要
跨江发展是滨江城市发展的特殊阶段,需要具备一定的社会经济和技术条件.当滨江城市达到或超过这些“门槛”条件,才能实现跨江发展.基于“门槛理论”,采用AHP层次分析法和熵权法构建齐齐哈尔市跨江发展的客观评价指标体系,分析齐齐哈尔市跨嫩江发展的主导门槛和从属门槛,发现齐齐哈尔市应进行跨江发展,且齐齐哈尔市跨江发展的主导门槛为经济增长动力.
Cross-river development is a special stage of the development of riverside cities,which requires certain socio-economic and technical conditions.Only when riverside cities meet or exceed these threshold conditions can they achieve cross-river development.Based on the threshold theory,the AHP and entropy method are used to construct an objective evaluation threshold system for Qiqihar′s cross-river development,and the leading and subordinate thresholds of Qiqihar′s cross-Nenjiang development are analyzed,and it is found that Qiqihar should carry out cross-river development,and the leading threshold for Qiqihar′s cross-river development is the driving force for economic growth.
