牛A型产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定与生物学特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 为分析广西牛猝死病例的病原及其生物学特性,分离细菌,通过生化试验、PCR鉴定、全基因组测序、药物敏感性试验、动物致病性试验等方法进行鉴定。结果显示,分离到5株具有双层溶血环、在石蕊牛奶培养基中产生"爆乳发酵"现象的强致病性革兰阳性杆菌,经PCR鉴定和全基因组测序证实均为A型产气荚膜梭菌。分离菌株仅对青霉素、头孢噻肟等6种抗菌药物敏感,对阿奇霉素、多黏菌素等14种抗菌药物耐药。结果表明,从牛猝死病例中分离到5株致病力强的A型产气荚膜梭菌,产气荚膜梭菌全基因组的测定和分析为研究其致病机制提供了理论依据。 In order to analyze the etiology and biological characteristics of sudden death cases of cattle in Guangxi,bacteria were isolated and identified by biochemical test,PCR amplification,drug sensitivity test and pathogenicity test in animal.And the complete genome sequences of isolates were measured and analyzed.Results showed that 5 strains of strong pathogenicity bacteria were isolated,which were able to hemolysis and blast milk fermented in litmus milk enrichment.They were identified as Clostridium perfringens type A,which were sensitive to 6 antimicrobial drugs such as penicillin,cefotaxime and resistant to 14 antimicrobial drugs such as azithromycin,polymyxin.The results indicated that 5 strains of C.perfringens type A with strong pathogenicity were isolated from the cases of sudden death bovine,and the measurement and analysis of the complete genome sequences of C.perfringens provided theoretical basis for the study of its pathogenic mechanism.
