摘要
通过查阅文献,对郑氏凉泻针法治疗痹证、干眼症、带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛、痤疮、慢性疲劳综合征、抑郁症等六方面进行概述,认为郑氏凉泻针法适应证广、临床疗效显著。但在临床应用中仍存在纳入标准和排除标准不够明确、纳入病例少、缺乏对照、缺乏手法规范化操作等问题。因此,在今后的临床应用中应规范临床设计,增大病例数,规范操作手法,进行大规模的随机双盲试验,从而进一步提高临床疗效,促进郑氏凉泻针法的临床推广。
By consulting the literature,this paper summarizes ZHENG’s cooling and purging acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of six aspects,namely obstruction syndrome,xerophthalmia,herpes zoster and its sequela neuralgia,acne,chronic fatigue syndrome and depression,etc. It holds that ZHENG’s cooling and purging acupuncture manipulation has wide indications and significant clinical effect. However,there are some problems in clinical application,namely unclear inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,few included cases,lack of control,lack of standardized manipulation,etc. Therefore,we should standardize the clinical design,increase the number of cases,standardize the manipulation,and conduct large-scale randomized double-blind trials in the future clinical application,thereby improving the clinical efficacy and promoting the clinical promotion of ZHENG’s cooling and purging acupuncture manipulation.
