摘要
通过人工用远红外测量及探杆进入的方式对炭化室煤线进行测量的方式已经不能满足生产需求。利用现有技术手段实现炭化室煤线的自动测量对于焦化厂的产能提升、焦炉本体寿命周期以及焦炉加热的调节都有着非常重要的意义。本文在此背景下对炭化室煤线测量进行技术开发过程中进行详细的探讨与说明。
The ways to measure the coal line of carbonization chamber by far-infrared measurement and probe rod entry has been unable to meet the production demand.Using the existing technology to realize the automatic measurement of coal line in carbonization chamber is of great significance for the capacity improvement of coking plant,the life cycle of coke oven body and the adjustment of coke oven heating.Under this background,this paper makes a detailed discussion and explanation in the process of technical development of coal line measurement in carbonization chamber.
