摘要 目的探索“一站式报修”后勤服务管理模式,推动后勤精细化管理。方法在钉钉综合管理平台的基础上,基于氚云平台自行开发了后勤“一站式报修”管理系统。结果节约人力资源;24 h内维修完成率为98.50%;工人服务态度满意度为98.58%;维修结果满意度为97.87%;每人维修量按时间可统计。结论“一站式报修”管理系统的建立、优化及应用,对调动维修人员积极性,提高工作效率,提升服务满意度,保障医院正常运行均有重要意义,同时为完善后勤管理的质控指标奠定了良好的基础。 Objective Explore the logistics service management model of"one-stop repair application"and promote the refined management of logistics.Methods On the basis of the DingTalk comprehensive management platform,a logistic"one-stop repair report"management system was developed based on the tritium cloud platform.Results Save human resources;the completion rate of maintenance within 24 hours was 98.50%;the satisfaction of workers'service attitude was 98.82%;the satisfaction of maintenance results was 97.87%;the amount of maintenance per person can be counted by time.Conclusion The establishment,optimization and application of the"one-stop repair report"management system is of great significance for mobilizing the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel,improving work efficiency,improving service satisfaction,and ensuring the normal operation of the hospital.At the same time,it has laid a good foundation for improving the quality control indicators of logistics management.
