摘要
查阅近10年临床及动物实验相关文献,探索中医药对慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响,指出随着研究的进展,多认为“微炎症状态”是导致肾衰竭患者肾功能进展的重要原因之一,因此如何改善肾衰竭患者微炎症状态成为研究的热点,但其发病机制尚不明确,西医治疗局限于降压、降脂、降糖、改善微循环等对症治疗;中医药通过单药、复方制剂、中药保留灌肠等多靶点的辨证施治显示出独特优势,并取得了良好效果,但缺乏统一、量化的现代医学理论支撑。
By consulting the literature on clinical and animal experiments in the recent ten years,the paper discusses the influence of TCM on microinflammation in patients with CRF,with the progress of research,it is generally believed that“microinflammatory state”is one of the important reasons for the progress of renal function in patients with renal failure.Therefore,how to imoprove microinflammatory state in patients with renal failure has become a research hotspot,but its pathogenesis is not clear,Western medicine treatment is limited to symptomatic treatment including lowering blood pressure,lipid,glucose and improving microcirculation;TCM therapy shows its unique advantages through multi-target syndrome differentiation and treatment,such as single drug,compound preparation and herbal retention enema,and obtains good clinical effects,however,it lacks the support of unified and quantitative modern medical theory.
