摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理干预小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征术后麻醉苏醒的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月福建省泉州市儿童医院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行针对性护理。比较2组的并发症发生率、睡眠指标及睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理后观察组的夜间血氧饱和度显著高于对照组,低通气指数、呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数及睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可显著降低小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征术后麻醉苏醒期的并发症,改善夜间呼吸及睡眠状况,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in anesthesia recovery of children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in Children′s Hospital of Quanzhou City in Fujian Provincefrom January 2017 to December 2019,were divided into control group and observation group with 60 in each group according to the random number table.The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with targeted nursing.Then the complication rates,sleep indexes and sleep scores of two groups were compared Results:The complications rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the nocturnal oxygen saturation of observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of control group,the hypopnea index,apnea index,apnea hypopnea index and sleep quality score were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing can significantly reduce the complications and improve the breathing and sleeping conditions at night,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
