摘要
目的:探讨认知行为干预对广泛性焦虑症(GAD)患者睡眠质量及焦虑症状的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年9月淄博市精神卫生中心收治的GAD患者90例作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=44)。观察组患者入院时间为2017年10月至2018年9月,对照组患者入院时间为2018年10月至2019年9月。对照组实施精神疾病常规护理,在此基础上,观察组联合实施认知行为干预。2组干预周期均为8周。采用失眠症状量表(ISI)评价2组患者失眠症状,比较2组患者总睡眠时间、觉醒次数及睡眠效率,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价2组患者焦虑程度。结果:干预8周后,观察组ISI评分(10.45±3.26)明显低于对照组(16.37±5.84);观察组觉醒次数(3.45±1.28)明显少于对照组(4.16±1.34),睡眠效率(79.42±5.47)%明显高于对照组(75.63±6.35)%;观察组SAS评分(45.59±5.68)明显低于对照组(50.26±6.34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预有助于改善广泛性焦虑症患者失眠症状,提高睡眠质量,减轻焦虑程度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on sleep quality and anxiety symptoms in patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:A total of 90 GAD patients treated in Zibo mental health center from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=44)according to the admission time.The admission time of patients in the observation group was from October 2017 to September 2018,and that of patients in the control group was from October 2018 to September 2019.The control group received routine nursing care for mental diseases.On this basis,the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention.The intervention period of the two groups was 8 weeks.The insomnia symptoms of the two groups were evaluated by Insomnia Symptom Scale(ISI),the total sleep time,awakening times and sleep efficiency were compared,and the anxiety degree of the two groups was evaluated by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,the ISI score(10.45±3.26)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.37±5.84)(P<0.05);the number of arousal(3.45±1.28)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.16±1.34)(P<0.05),and the sleep efficiency(79.42±5.47)%was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.63±6.35)%(P<0.05).The SAS score of observation group(45.59±5.68)was significantly lower than that of control group(50.26±6.34)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavior intervention can improve insomnia symptoms,improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety degree in patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
