摘要
我国城市内存在大量老旧小区,其建筑质量、基础设施和公共空间环境都存在较大的缺陷,并由此引发了社会安全问题和空间安全问题。本文阐述了城市老旧小区公共空间存在的问题,并以武汉市汽发社区为例,分析其公共空间现状特征,从安全视角出发探究公共空间微改造的方法,为老旧小区的改造更新提供了一定的参考。
There are a large number of old communities in China,and their building quality,infrastructure and public space environment all have large defects,which have caused social security and space security issues.This paper firstly explains the existing problems of the public space in old community,and then takes Wuhan Qifa community as an example,analyzes the characteristics of its public space,and explores the method of micro-reconstruction of public space from the perspective of safety,which provides a certain reference for the renovation and renewal of old communities.
