淘析流化床分选柱设计结构流场数值模拟

摘要 利用计算流体力学方法对淘析流化床分选柱结构的效果预期进行模拟计算验证,得到了分选柱下部强湍流区流体速度轨迹分布情况,上部弱湍流区水相、气相速度矢量分布情况及气相体积分布情况。通过对数值模拟结果的分析,验证了淘析流化床分选柱结构设计的预期构想,为下一步搭建试验平台进行实验室试验提供了有力的理论支持。 The computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate and verify the effect of the elutriation fluidized bed sorting column structure.The fluid velocity trajectory distribution in the strong turbulence zone at the lower part of the sorting column is obtained,and the water phase and gas phase velocity vectors in the weak turbulence zone at the upper part are obtained,as well as distribution and volume distribution of the gas phase.Through the a-nalysis of the numerical simulation results,the expected conception of the structure design of the elutriation fluidized bed sorting column was verified,and it provided strong theoretical support for the next step of building a test platform for laboratory experiments.
