摘要
本实验以间碘苯胺为起始原料,通过合成二芳硫醚中间体并进一步与苯甲醛反应缩合得到硫罗丹明,总产率达53%。其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR进行表征,并测定了硫罗丹明的激发和发射光谱,为硫罗丹明的荧光成像应用奠定了基础。
With 3-iodoaniline as the starting material,we have synthesized S-rhodamine through the condensation of diaryl sulfides intermediate and benzaldehydes.The overall yields of this synthetic route were 53%.The structures of these compouds were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR.Besides,the excitation and emission spectra of S-rhodamine were also determined.These results will benefit the application of S-rhodamine in fluorescence imaging.
