摘要
生产汽车雨刷臂的SWRH45B盘条在冷加工拍扁工序出现加工开裂。对开裂样品进行检测分析,结果表明:造成冷加工拍扁开裂的主要原因为钢材内部出现的白亮带和严重的中心碳偏析;通过优化连铸工艺参数,改善铸坯内部质量,消除了钢材内部的白亮带和中心偏析缺陷,客户反馈优化后的盘条在冷加工拍扁工序再未出现开裂,质量得到明显改善。
SWRH45B wire rod used in production of automobile wiper arms cracks in cold flattening process.Cracking sample was detected and analyzed,results show that main cause of cold-working flattening cracking is white bright band and severe central carbon segregation in steel.The internal quality of cast slab is improved by optimizing continuous casting process parameters,white bright band and central segregation defects in steel are eliminated.According to customer feedback,the optimized wire rod don't crack in cold processing and flattening process,and quality is significantly improved.
