包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖对种鸽哺育期减重、血清免疫球蛋白含量、肠道组织形态及回肠菌群的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Coated Sodium Butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae Polysaccharide on Weight Loss during Lactation,Serum Immunoglobulin Contents,Intestinal Morphology and Ileal Microflora of Breeding Pigeons

摘要 本试验旨在探究包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖对哺育期种鸽减重、血清免疫球蛋白含量、肠道组织形态及回肠菌群的影响。选取730日龄美国白羽王鸽哺育期种鸽420只,随机分成7组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只。A组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,B~D组分别在基础饲粮中添加275、550和1100 mg/kg包被丁酸钠,E~G组分别在基础饲粮中添加27.5、55.0和110.0 mg/kg蝉花多糖。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与A组相比,试验组(G组公鸽除外)种鸽哺育期减重均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与A组相比,B、F组种鸽血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与A组相比,B、F组种鸽十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与A组相比,G组种鸽回肠中厚壁菌门相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05);B、F组种鸽回肠中乳酸菌属相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),B组种鸽回肠中气斯氏菌属相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,种鸽饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖可以提高哺育期种鸽血清免疫球蛋白含量,改善肠道形态,提高回肠中厚壁菌门和乳酸菌属相对丰度。本试验条件下,包被丁酸钠或蝉花多糖适宜添加水平分别为275或55.0 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of coated sodium butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide on weight loss during lactation,serum immunoglobulin contents,intestinal morphology and ileal microflora of breeding pigeons.A total of 420 American King breeding pigeons aged at 730 days during lactation were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 replicates per group and 12 pigeons per replicate.Pigeons in group A(control group)were fed a basal diet,pigeons in groups B to D were fed basal diets supplemented with 275,550 and 1100 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate,respectively,and the others in groups E to G were fed basal diets supplemented with 27.5,55.0 and 110.0 mg/kg Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with group A,the weight loss during lactation of breeding pigeon of experimental groups(except male pigeons of group G)was decreased,but no significant difference(P>0.05).2)Compared with group A,the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum of breeding pigeons of groups B and F were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with group A,the villus height,villus height/crypt depth in duodenum and villus height/crypt depth in ileum of breeding pigeons of groups B and F were significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with group A,the ileum Firmicutes relative abundance of breeding pigeons of group G was significantly increased(P<0.05);the ileum Lactobacillus relative abundance of breeding pigeons of groups B and F was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ileum Airstella relative abundance of breeding pigeons of group B was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of coated sodium butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide can improve the serum immunoglobulin contents of breeding pigeons,improve intestinal morphology,and increase the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Lactobacillus in ileal.Under the experimental conditions,the suitable supplemental levels of coated sodium butyrate or Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide are 275 or 55.0 mg/kg.
