摘要
本试验旨在研究不同比例发酵构树饲料替代基础饲粮中部分玉米和豆粕对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和肠道组织形态的影响。选取67周龄海兰褐蛋鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂用1.5%、3.0%和4.5%发酵构树饲料替代基础饲粮中部分玉米和豆粕的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅲ组蛋鸡的平均日产蛋量显著降低(P<0.05),各组间平均日采食量、平均蛋重、产蛋率及料蛋比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)不同比例发酵构树饲料替代基础饲粮中部分玉米和豆粕对蛋鸡产蛋后期的蛋形指数、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈夫单位、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄相对重、蛋壳相对重及蛋黄胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组蛋鸡的血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),各组间其他血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)各组间蛋鸡的肠道组织形态无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上可知,不同比例发酵构树饲料替代基础饲粮中部分玉米和豆粕未对蛋鸡产蛋后期的蛋品质、血清生化指标和肠道组织形态产生不利影响;4.5%替代比例显著降低产蛋量,3.0%替代比例显著降低血清TC含量,从生产角度分析,3.0%替代比例效果最佳。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different proportions of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera feed(FBPF)replaced parts of corn and soybean meal in basal diet on performance,egg quality,serum biochemical parameters and intestinal morphology of laying hens during later laying period.Three hundred and sixty 67-week-old Hy-line brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed the basal diet,and the others in groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed the basal diets supplemented with 1.5%,3.0%and 4.5%FBPF replaced parts of corn and soybean meal in basal diet.The experiment lasted for 56 days after 7 days per-experiment.The results showed as follows:1)compared with control group,average daily egg yield of laying hens in groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake,average egg weight,laying rate and the ratio of feed to egg among the groups(P>0.05).2)There were no significant effects of different proportions of FBPF replaced parts of corn and soybean meal in basal diet on egg shape index,eggshell color,eggshell strength,albumen height,Haugh unit,yolk color,eggshell thickness,relative weight of yolk,relative weigh of eggshell and yolk total cholesterol content of laying hens during later laying period(P>0.05).3)Compared with control group,serum total cholesterol(TC)content of laying hens in groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in other serum biochemical parameters among the groups(P>0.05).4)There was no significant difference in intestinal morphology of laying hens among the groups.In conclusion,the different proportions of FBPF replaced parts of corn and soybean meal in basal diet has no adversely effects on egg quality,serum biochemical parameters and intestinal morphology of laying hens during later laying period;the replacement proportions of 4.5%significantly reduced egg yield,the replacement proportions of 3.0%significantly reduced serum TC content,so the replacement ratio of 3.0%has the best effects from the production perspective.
