摘要
本文旨在对比大蒜不同部位副产物(大蒜皮、大蒜杆叶、大蒜梗)与奶牛常规粗饲料(燕麦干草与苜蓿干草)的瘤胃降解特性。选用3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的中国荷斯坦奶牛,用尼龙袋法测定干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)在不同时间点(4、8、12、16、24、36、48、72 h)瘤胃降解率及瘤胃降解参数。结果表明:1)大蒜皮、大蒜杆叶的CP含量显著高于燕麦干草(P<0.05),显著低于苜蓿干草(P<0.05);大蒜皮、大蒜杆叶的NDF、ADF含量显著低于燕麦干草和苜蓿干草(P<0.05)。2)大蒜杆叶的DM有效降解率显著高于其他4种粗饲料(P<0.05);大蒜杆叶的CP有效降解率高于燕麦干草(P>0.05),但显著低于苜蓿干草(P<0.05);大蒜梗的NDF、ADF有效降解率显著高于其他4种粗饲料(P<0.05)。综上所述,大蒜不同部位副产物在一定程度上有可替代常规粗饲料的潜力。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the rumen degradation characteristics of different parts of garlic by-products(garlic peel,garlic leaf and garlic stem)and common roughages(oat hay and alfalfa hay)for dairy cows. Three Chinese Holstein cows with permanent rumen fistula were used to determine the rumen degradation rates and rumen degradation parameters of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)at different time points(4,8,12,16,24,36,48 and 72 h)by nylon bag method. The results showed as follows:1)the CP content of garlic peel and garlic leaf was significantly higher than that of oat hay(P<0.05),but significantly lower than those of alfalfa hay(P<0.05);the NDF and ADF contents of garlic peel and garlic leaf were significantly lower than those of oat hay and alfalfa hay(P<0.05). 2)The DM effective degradation rate of garlic leaf was significantly higher than that of other 4 kinds of roughage(P<0.05);the CP effective degradation rate of garlic leaf was significantly higher than that of oat hay(P>0.05),but significantly lower than that of alfalfa hay(P<0.05);the effective degradation rates of NDF and ADF in garlic stem were significantly higher than those of other 4 kinds of roughage(P<0.05). It is concluded that different parts of garlic by-products have the potential to replace the common roughage to a certain extent.
