摘要
由于母畜子宫空间限制及胎盘功能不足常引起胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR),致使出生后幼畜机体代谢和生长发育发生缺陷。IUGR引起的动物肠道功能下降是影响动物早期养分摄入的重要限制因素之一。本文综述了IUGR对动物肠道功能的影响及作用机理,并阐述了实际生产中改善IUGR动物肠道屏障功能和消化吸收的营养调控策略,以期为缓解畜牧生产中IUGR动物生产缺陷、提高IUGR动物肠道功能提供理论参考。
Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)is often caused by the limitation of maternal uterine space and the function of placenta,which leads to the defects of metabolism and growth development of young animals after birth.IUGR induced decline in intestinal function is one of the important limiting factors for early nutrient intake.This paper reviews the effect and mechanism of IUGR on animal intestinal function,and elaborates the nutrition regulation strategies to improve the intestinal barrier function and digestion and absorption of IUGR animals in actual production,in order to provide theoretical reference for alleviating the production defects of IUGR animals and improving the intestinal function of IUGR animals.
