摘要
文章介绍了CAP1400核电汽轮机低压外缸结构特点、技术要求、工作状态,针对工件尺寸大、重量重、刚性差、变形大、合缸精度高、密封要求严等加工难点,设计了先进、实用的加工及装配技术方案,提出了保证制造精度的工艺措施。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics, technical requirements and working state of the low pressure outer cylinder of CAP1400 nuclear power steam turbine. In view of the machining difficulties such as large workpiece size, heavy weight,poor rigidity, large deformation, high cylinder accuracy and strict sealing requirements, an advanced and practical processing and assembly technical scheme is designed, and the technological measures to ensure the manufacturing accuracy are put forward.
