摘要
目的:观察肝动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2020年5月收治原发性肝癌患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗;研究组实施肝动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗后自然杀伤细胞(NK)及CD4+水平均高于对照组,CD8+淋巴细胞水平低于对照组,甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肝动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗原发性肝癌患者,一方面可改善免疫功能,另一方面可降低AFP水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to May 2020,60 patients with primary liver cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hepatic artery chemoembolization.The study group was treated with hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the levels of natural killer cells(NK)and CD4+were higher than those in the control group,the levels of CD8+lymphocytes were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of alpha fetoprotein(AFP)were also lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer can improve immune function and reduce AFP.
