摘要
在公路桥梁施工过程中,大型预制梁厂建设是必不可少的部分。在预制厂中,大型箱梁制造和转运的过程中,龙门吊更是吊运大型预制构件的主要起重设备。在集中荷载下的条形轨道基础是龙门吊基础的主要形式,不当的基础设计会给作业带来巨大的安全风险,因此,准确计算基础和所需的地基承载力就很有必要。论文结合通锡高速公路海门至通州段某预制厂180t龙门吊基础施工实例,利用弹性地基梁理论,同时结合Midas/Civil有限元分析软件,详细地说明龙门吊基础的计算步骤,旨在为类似工程提供参考。
On highway bridge construction,the construction of large precast beam factory is an essential part.In the process of large box girder and transfer in the prefabrication plant,the gantry crane is a kind of lifting equipment which can lift large prefabricated components.For the sake of safety and economy,the calculation of gantry crane track foundation is particularly important.Strip foundation under concentrated load is the main form of gantry crane foundation,improper design will bring huge safety risk to operation.Therefore,it is necessary to calculate the foundation and the bearing capacity of the foundation accurately.Combined with the foundation construction of a 180-ton gantry crane in a prefabricated factory of Tongxi expressway from Haimen to Tongzhou,the calculation steps are explained in detail by using the elastic foundation beam theory and Midas/Civil finite element software,in order to provide reference for other similar projects.
