摘要
降低卷渣是实现洁净炼钢的重要环节,为了优化钢水夹杂物上浮,有效降低卷渣,通过去除挡坝并改变挡墙位置,改变了中间包内钢水与浮渣流体形态,使包内渣层稳定均匀,减少了卷渣的发生,提高了钢水洁净度。
The reduction of slag entrapment is an important link to realize clean steelmaking.The retaining dam was removed and the position of the retaining wall is changed in order to optimize the floating o£steel liquid inclusion and decrease slag entrapment effectively.The form of liquid steel and slag floating fluid is changed.The slag layer in the tundish is stable and uniform.The occurrence of slag entrapment is decreased,and the cleanliness of steel liquid is improved.
