摘要 针对某煤炭企业对掘进机电控系统提出的新要求,开展了电控系统设计工作,包括电控系统方案、硬件、软件和人机交互界面等。结果表明,控制系统运行稳定可靠,满足掘进机实时状态监控、远程控制和故障报警等功能要求。新电控系统在掘进机中的应用,降低了电控系统故障排查时间,节约了系统运维人员,提高了煤矿井下各采煤设备利用率,降低了煤炭掘进成本。 In view of some coal enterprise to put forward the new requirements of electric control system of machine,the electrical control system design work,including the electric control system,hardware,software and human-computer interaction interface,the results show that the control system is stable and reliable operation,to meet machine real-time condition monitoring,remote control and fault alarm function requirement.The application of the new electronic control system in the tunneling machine has reduced the time of troubleshooting the fault of the electronic control system,saved the system operation and maintenance personnel,improved the utilization rate of the coal mining equipment underground,reduced the coal tunneling cost.
