摘要
选取水蜜桃、油桃、蟠桃及黄桃4种桃为原料,以ZipTipC18微量层析柱为纯化工具快速分离纯化果皮及果肉中的桃过敏原蛋白Pru p 3,并利用液相色谱-串联质谱对其进行鉴定。结果表明,该纯化方法获得的产物为桃过敏原蛋白Pru p 3,蛋白纯度为95%。该方法为桃过敏原蛋白Pru p 3的研究提供了技术支撑。
Lipid transfer protein(LTP, Pru p 3) is the major allergen protein of peach(Prunus persica L. Batsch). In this study, Pru p 3 was purified from the peel and pulp of honey peach, nectarine, flat peach, and yellow-fleshed peach using a microchromatographic column, ZipTipCC18, and identified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). The results showed that Pru p 3 with a purity of 95% was obtained and confirmed. The purification method can provide technical support for further studies of peach Pru p 3.
