摘要
镁及其合金由于具有良好的生物活性的相容性,一直是现在医学界重点研究的新型生物材料之一。其作为生物材料的关键就是降低镁合金过快的腐蚀和降解速度,对镁合金表面的改性研究已成为研究新型生物材料的重点。介绍医用的镁合金的近几年来的发展历程,讨论镁合金表面的惰性生物活性陶瓷、转化膜的影响对镁合金表面的影响。介绍了各种表面镀层制备方法、耐腐蚀蚀性及其生物活性相容性,并指出其今后的发展趋势。
Because magnesium and its alloys have good biocompatibility,it has always been one of the new biomaterials that we focus on in the medical field.Now the key to take it as biomaterials is to reduce the excessive corrosion and degradation rate of magnesium alloys.Therefore,the study of surface modification of magnesium alloys has become the focus of our research on new biomaterials.The development history of medical magnesium alloys in recent years was briefly introduced.The influence of inert bioactive ceramics and conversion films on the surface of magnesium alloys was discussed.The preparation methods,corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of various surface coatings were introduced,and the development trend was pointed out.
