摘要
以陇南野生中华猕猴桃种子为材料,在无菌条件下培养萌发产生实生苗,将无菌实生苗地上部分转接到培养基上建立的初代培养体系为基础,发现继代增殖最适培养条件为:MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+GA30.2 mg/L,生根培养最适条件为1/2 MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L;用商品基质在温室移栽组培苗,成活率可达87.5%。
The seeds of Actinidia chinensis var.Longnan were used as explants to produce seedlings under aseptic conditions.Based on the primary culture system established by transferring the above ground part of aseptic seedlings to the medium,it was found that the optimum conditions for subculture and multiplication were MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+GA30.2 mg/L,and the optimum conditions for rooting culture were 1/2 MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L,The survival rate of tissue culture seedlings can reach 87.5%by transplanting in greenhouse with commercial substrate.
