摘要
目的探讨血清人激肽释放酶10(HK10)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、DJ-1在卵巢癌患者中的表达水平及意义。方法选取2019年3月至2021年1月间咸阳市中心医院收治的83例卵巢癌患者为A组,同期选取79例良性卵巢肿瘤患者为B组,同期在我院体检健康者80例为C组,比较三组受试者和A组患者各分期血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平。结果A组患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平均高于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平高于C组受试者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三组患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平均低于Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期组(P<0.05);Ⅲ期组患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平均低于Ⅳ期组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,卵巢癌患者肿瘤分期与血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平呈明显正相关(r=0.37、0.53、0.44,P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者血清HK10、HE4和DJ-1水平较良性病变及正常人群较高,且水平高低与肿瘤分期有关,可辅助应用于卵巢癌早期诊断。
Objective To explore the expression levels and significance of serum human kallikrein10(HK10),human epididymis protein 4(HE4)and DJ-1 in ovarian cancer patients.Methods Eightythree patients with ovarian cancer who were diagnosed and treated at Xianyang Central Hospital from March2019 to January 2021 were enrolled as group A,another 79 patients with benign ovarian tumors were enrolled as group B during the same period,and 80 healthy individuals who underwent examination at the same hospital during the same period were enrolled as group C.The levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 were detected and compared among the three groups.According to stages of International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO),patients in group A were further divided intoⅠtoⅡstage,Ⅲstage and IV stage groups.The levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 were compared among these three groups.Results The levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 were the highest in group A,followed by group B and C(all P<0.05).The levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 were higher in group B than in group C(all P<0.05).Arranging levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 from low to high,the corresponding order wasⅠtoⅡstage,Ⅲstage and IV stage groups(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the clinical stages of ovarian cancer were significantly positively associated with levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1.Conclusion The levels of serum HK10,HE4 and DJ-1 are significantly higher in patients with ovarian cancer than in those with benign lesions and normal individuals,which are associated to tumor stage,and can be applied for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
