摘要
目的:测定通宣理肺丸中铅(Pb),镉(Cd),砷(As),汞(Hg),铜(Cu)五种重金属及有害元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,ICP-MS法测定五种重金属及有害元素含量。结果:测定结果表明五种重金属及有害元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9953),回收率为96.7%~101.5%,RSD≤2.05%。结论:该方法操作简便快速,准确,灵敏度高,可用于通宣理肺丸的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the contents of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg)and copper(Cu)in Tongxuan Lifei Pills.Methods:Samples were digested by microwave digestion,the element contents were measured by ICP-MS.Results:The results show that the linear relationship between the five heavy metals and harmful elements is good(r≥0.9953),the recovery rate is 96.7%~101.5%,RSD≤2.05%.Conclusion:This method was simple,rapid,accurate and high sensitive,which can provide reference for the quality control of Tongxuan Lifei Pills,and it can be used for quality control of Tongxuan Lifei Pills.
