摘要
采用滤纸法测定了20个采自宁夏稻田的稗草样本对丙草胺和氰氟草酯的抗性水平,发现稗草样本对丙草胺的总体抗性为低至中等水平:5个样本对丙草胺敏感;4个为低水平抗性;其余11个为中等水平抗性,抗性指数最高为19,ED50为0.0001~0.0019 mL/L。稗草样本对氰氟草酯的总体抗性为中高水平:20个样本中,只有1个对氰氟草酯敏感,ED50为0.0002 mL/L;1个为低水平抗性,ED50为0.0014 mL/L;9个为中等水平抗性,ED50为0.0021~0.0076mL/L;9个为高水平抗性,抗性指数最高达92。供试稗草样本有70%对氰氟草酯和丙草胺均产生了抗性。
To determine the resistance of barnyard grass to pretilachlor and cyhalofop-butyl,we tested the susceptibility of20 barnyard grass samples by using the filter paper method.The results showed that barnyard grass in paddy fields in Ningxia had high-level resistance to cyhalofop-butyl,which was higher than that to pretilachlor.There was only one sample that was susceptible to cyhalofop-butyl with the ED50 of 0.0002 mL/L.Among the 19 samples resistant to cyhalofop-butyl,one showed a low level of resistance with the resistance index of 7 and the ED50 of 0.0014 mL/L,nine samples showed a moderate level of resistance with the ED50 from 0.0021 mL/L to 0.0076 mL/L.The other nine samples were highly resistant to cyhalofop-butyl,showed the highest resistance index of 92.90%of the samples showed moderate-or high-level resistance to cyhalofop-butyl.The resistance of the 20 samples to pretilachlor was lower than that to cyhalofop-butyl in general.Of which,five were sensitive to pretilachlor,four showed low-level resistance and the other 11 showed moderate-level resistance.Among the samples moderately resistant to pretilachlor,the ED50 was 0.0001~0.0019 mLl/L,and the highest resistance index reached 19.70%of the samples tested were resistant to both pretilachlor and cyhalofop-butyl.
