摘要
为解决LED晶片分拣机图像处理较慢、无法识别晶片旋转角度等问题,利用基于边缘梯度算法对晶片定位。使用Canny算子提取图像边缘点,保存边缘点对应的梯度。通过归一化互相关匹配法计算模板和待搜索图像梯度的相关性,最后根据相关性大小获取晶片的旋转角度与中心,并且提出了多LED晶片的快速识别方法。实验表明,应用该算法平均3.2 ms完成一个晶片角度的识别与定位,速度优于HexSight,且精度和识别率与HexSight相当,满足LED晶片高速识别与定位的需求。
In order to solve the problems of slow image processing and unable to recognize the rotation angle of LED wafer sorter,an algorithm based on edge gradient was applied to locate the wafer.Canny operator is used to extract image edge points,and the gradient corresponding to edge points is saved.The correlation between the template and the image gradient to be searched is calculated by the normalized cross-correlation matching method.Finally,the rotation angle and center of the wafers are obtained according to the correlation.A fast recognition method of multi LED wafer is proposed.The experimental results show that the algorithm can complete the recognition and positioning of a wafer angle in an average of 3.2 ms,and the speed is better than Hex Sight,and the accuracy and recognition rate are equivalent to Hex Sight,which can meet the requirements of high-speed identification and positioning of LED wafer.
