基于PID算法的高精度LED数控恒流驱动电源设计 被引量:13

摘要 针对LED驱动器恒流精度低、控制线性度差和电磁兼容不达标等问题,通过分析LED的电气特性和微处理器智能控制开关电源等,以TI公司的MSP430G2553微处理器为控制核心,选用AC-DC稳压变换器和DC-DC恒流变换器结合的两级驱动方案,设计并制作一款基于PID算法的高精度可调光LED开关恒流驱动器。该系统实现了宽输入电压范围为90 V~265 V,输出功率在1 W~40 W范围内可调,实现人机交互并解决电磁兼容问题。测试结果表明该系统最大驱动12串8并96 W的LED阵列,恒流源模块效率达92%,系统效率因数达0.87,电流精度小于1%,负载调整率小于1%。 Aiming at the problems of low constant current accuracy of LED driver,poor control linearity and substandard electromagnetic compatibility,through analyzing the electrical characteristics of LED and microprocessor intelligent control switching power supply,TI’s MSP430 G2553 microprocessor is used as the control core.A two-stage drive scheme combining a AC-DC voltage stabilizer converter and a DC-DC constant current converter is selected.A high-precision dimmable LED switch constant current driver based on PID algorithm is designed and manufactureed.The system realizes a wide input voltage range of 90 V~265 V,output power is adjustable in the range of 1 W~40 W,realizes human-computer interaction and solves electromagnetic compatibility problems.The test results show that the system can drive a maximum of 12 strings and 8 parallel 96 W LED arrays,the constant current source module efficiency reaches 92%,the system efficiency factor reaches 0.87,the current accuracy and the load regulation rate are less than 1%.
