摘要
在新型冠状病毒肺炎等全球性突发公共卫生事件时有发生的时代背景下,基于人工智能、大数据、物联网、互联网和智能食品安全处理器等现代科学技术,结合突发公共卫生事件的五大特征,设计开发了具备智能性、高效性、安全性的高校智能就餐系统。本系统主要由五部分组成,分别为应用于人员健康及个人信息管理的人员信息管理子系统;能有效应对突发事件并进行防范监控和预警应急的智能监控及安全预警子系统;致力于为高校就餐人员打造个性化膳食及健康生活的营养膳食推荐子系统;可保证高校食堂就餐安全有序运行的智能就餐服务子系统;为完善系统功能及高校食堂就餐体系的后台信息反馈子系统。本系统着力于解决疫情下高校食堂面临的人员来源复杂,就餐时间集中,传统合餐制等带来的防疫防控问题,以保障高校学生及教职工的人身安全。
Under the background of the frequent occurrence of global public health emergencies such as COVID-19,based on modern science and technology such as artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of things,Internet and intelligent food safety processor,combined with the five characteristics of public health emergencies,this study designs and develops a university intelligent dining system which is suitable for university canteen under epidemic situation and has intelligence,efficiency and safety.The system is mainly composed of five parts:namely,the personnel information management subsystem applied to personnel health and personal information management;the intelligent monitoring safety early warning subsystem which can effectively deal with emergencies and carry out prevention,monitoring and early warning and emergency;the nutritious diet recommendation subsystem dedicated to creating personalized meals and healthy living for diners in universities;the intelligent dining service subsystem which can ensure the safe and orderly operation of the university canteen,in order to improve the system function;and the background information feedback subsystem of the university canteen dining system.This study focuses on solving the epidemic prevention and control problems faced by the university canteen under the epidemic,such as the complex source of personnel,the concentration of dining time,the traditional meal system and so on,in order to ensure the personal safety of university students and staff.
