摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩护理对孕产妇乳房胀痛及产后泌乳的价值。方法将2018年1月-2019年12月社区医院接诊的35例产妇纳入观察组。选择同期社区35例产妇志愿者纳入对照组。对照组仅接受常规健康指导,观察组在此基础上接受穴位按摩护理。比较2组干预后5d泌乳量评分、乳房肿胀评分、乳房疼痛评分、乳房充盈程度,并比较2组产后康复情况、产后30 d纯母乳喂养率及乳房并发症发生率。结果观察组干预后5 d泌乳量评分、乳房充盈程度均高于对照组,乳房肿胀评分、乳房疼痛评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后30d纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,乳房并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩护理能够提高产妇乳腺泌乳质量,促进产后康复,提高纯母乳喂养率,降低乳房并发症风险。
Objective To explore the value of acupoint massage nursing on breast lactation of community pregnant women.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,35 cases of pregnant women received in community hospital were selected into the observation group.35 pregnant women volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group.The control group received only routine health guidance,and the observation group received acupoint massage on this basis.The lactation volume score,breast swelling score,breast pain score and breast filling degree were compared between the two groups after 5 days of intervention,and the recovery,exclusive breast feeding rate and breast complications rate of the two groups after 30 days of postpartum were compared.Results The scores of lactation volume and breast filling in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of breast swelling and breast pain were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of involution of uterus and the time of disappearance of lochia in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of breast complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage nursing can improve the quality of breast lactation,promote postpartum rehabilitation,improve the rate of exclusive breast feeding,and reduce the risk of breast complications.
