摘要
海南独特的气候条件总体上有利于农作物生长,但高温以及热带风暴等自然灾害经常给种植业带来经济损失。本文通过CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics,计算流体力学)方法设计出一种既能够充分利用海南气候优势条件,又能节省运营成本的自然对流型微型植物工厂。研究发现,利用“烟囱效应”来设计植物工厂的结构可提高自然对流换热强度,不同内部结构对自然对流换热强度有显著影响,方体结构优于圆柱体结构,四面开口优于对侧开口。
Hainan boasts of unique climate conditions which are generally favorable for the growth of crops,but natural disasters such as high temperatures and tropical storms often bring economic losses to the plantation industry.A natural convection type micro-plant factory was designed based on CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)to make full use of the climatic advantages in Hainan and save operating costs.It is found that the plant factory structure designed by using the"chimney effect"can improve the intensity of natural convection heat transfer.Different internal structures have a significant effect on the intensity of natural convection heat transfer.The square structure is better than the cylinder structure,and the openings of the structure are better at the four sides than at the opposite side.
