摘要
从中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所引进香蕉新品种热科2号在广西种植,以桂蕉6号为对照,观测植株的生育特性、主要农艺性状,测定产量和果实品质,并分析其田间抗枯萎病能力。结果表明:热科2号生育期为360~363 d;抽蕾期假茎高为294.0~314.7 cm,基围为84.3~85.3 cm,叶长为223.3~237.3 cm,叶宽为93.3~108.0 cm;收获时单株总果指数为171.3~180.3个,果指长为21.8~24.3 cm,果指周长为12.0~14.3 cm,单株净产量为30.0~32.7 kg;果实可溶性固形物含量为15.4~20.4 g/hg、可溶性糖含量为14.2~16.6 g/hg、可滴定酸含量为0.25~0.34 g/hg、水分含量为80.2~81.1 g/hg、钾含量为291.3~295.3 mg/hg、脂肪含量为0.26~0.36 g/hg、蛋白质含量为1.06~1.19 g/hg、总膳食纤维含量为2.31~3.06 g/hg及维生素含量为10.1~16.0 mg/hg,与对照差异不显著;新植蕉枯萎病发病率为0,二代蕉发病率小于5%,抗病能力较强。热科2号在广西试种表现出较好的适应性,具有一定的推广潜力。
A new banana cultivar Reke 2 was introduced from Environment and Plant Protection Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences in Guangxi,with banana Guijiao 6 as the control,the plant growth character ristics,fruit agronomic characters,measure yield and banana fusarium wilt resistance were observed.The results showed that the growth duration of Reke 2 is 360-363 d,pseudo-stem height is 294.0-314.7 cm,base perimeter is 84.3-85.3 cm,leaf length is 223.3-237.3 cm and leaf width is 93.3-108.0 cm in squaring stage.In harvest time,number of finger of Reke 2 is 171.3-180.3 per plant,fruit finger length is 21.8-24.3 cm,perimeter is 12.0-14.3 cm,yield per plant is 30.0-32.7 kg.The fruit soluble solid content of Reke 2 is 15.4-20.4 g·hg^(-1),soluble sugar content is 14.2-16.6 g·hg^(-1),titratable acid content is 0.25-0.34 g·hg^(-1),moisture content is 80.2-81.1 g·hg^(-1),potassium content is 291.3-295.3 mg·hg^(-1),fat content is 0.26-0.36 g·hg^(-1),protein content is 1.06-1.19 g·hg^(-1),total dietary fiber content is 2.31-3.06 g·hg^(-1)and vitamin content is 10.1-16.0 mg·hg^(-1),which is not significantly different from the control.The incidence of banana fusarium wilt of newly planted bananas was 0 and the incidence of second-generation bananas was less than 5%.The disease resistance was stronger than the control.Reke 2 shows good adaptability in the trial planting in Guangxi and has a certain potential for introduction and planting.
