摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,许多老旧小区由于建设年代久远,其公共空间在功能使用上已经无法满足居民的生活需求,且空间环境因年久失修存在环境品质较低、安全隐患较严重等问题,其改造迫在眉睫。以北京市新街口街道大乘巷教师楼小区宅间公共空间为例,分析小区公共空间现存问题,运用微更新的方式进行改造策略研究,通过问卷调查和实地访谈了解居民的改造需求。在保护的基础上,物质空间环境采用小规模、精细化的方式对景观绿化、交往活动场地、公共基础设施进行品质提升。采用公众参与更新机制,让居民参与改造方案的设计、改造成果的后期维护。以期为改造满足新时代居民需求的老旧小区公共空间提供更新思路。
With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,many old residential areas have been built for a long time,and their public space has been unable to meet the needs of residents in the function use,and the space environment is in short repair due to the low environmental quality and serious safety risks,so it is urgent to reconstruct it.Taking the public space of the teachers building in Dacheng lane,Xinjiekou street,Beijing as an example,the existing problems of public space in the community are analyzed,and the transformation strategy is studied by micro updating,and through questionnaire survey and field interviews the needs of residents are obtained.On the basis of protection,the physical space environment adopts small-scale and fine way to improve the quality of landscape greening,communication activity site and public infrastructure.The public participation renewal mechanism is adopted to let residents participate in the design of the transformation plan and the maintenance of the transformation results.It hopes to provide a new idea for the transformation of the old community public space which meets the needs of the new era residents.
