摘要
为了开发pH响应型柔性传感棉织物,分析不同提取剂对姜黄色素提取效果的影响。采用紫外可见光谱、高效液相色谱对色素结构进行表征,揭示色素的变色机理。探讨pH响应型柔性传感棉织物的变色性能。结果表明:乙醇提取姜黄的主要化学成分为姜黄素;揭示了姜黄色素随着pH值改变,分子给、吸电子基离子化,电子构象改变、最大吸收波长移动的变色机理。认为:在不同的pH值环境下,制备的姜黄染色棉织物能呈现黄色→橘黄色→红色→红棕色的颜色变化,具有较好变色灵敏性和循环变色可逆性。
In order to develop a pH responsive flexible sensing cotton fabric,the effects of different extractors on turmeric extraction were analyzed.The pigment structure was characterized by UV-vis spectrum and high performance liquid chromatography to reveal discoloration mechanism of the pigment.The discoloration property of pH responsive flexible sensing cotton fabric was discussed.The results showed that the main chemical component of turmeric extracted by ethanol was curcumin.The discoloration mechanism of turmeric with pH change,molecule giving and absorbing groups ionization,electron conformation changed and maximum absorption wavelength movement were revealed.It is considered that the turmeric dyed cotton fabric can change from yellow to orange to red to reddish brown under different pH values,and has good sensitivity to discoloration and reversible cyclic discoloration.
