摘要
随着社区卫生综合改革地推进,如何开展家庭医生服务成为当下的热点。引入以人文关怀为主的叙事医学,成为提升基层社区卫生服务的一个亮点。通过阐述叙事医学在社区家庭病床管理中的运用成效,分析叙事医学在家庭医生服务中的作用,提出家庭医生在社区的家庭病床管理中要运用叙事医学从情感上建立医者仁心的理念,构建和谐医患关系。
With the advancement of the comprehensive community health reform,how to carry out the family doctor service has become a hot issue.The introduction of narrative medicine,which focuses on humanistic care,has become a highlight of improving primary community health service.Through expounding the application effect of narrative medicine in community family hospital bed management,analyzing the role of narrative in family doctor service,this paper proposed that family doctors use narrative medicine to establish emotional benevolence in the community family bed management and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
