西北地区农村供水管网二次污染气水脉冲处理技术应用研究 被引量:8

Application of gas-water pulse technology in secondary polluted water supply network in Northwest China

摘要 针对农村供水管网小管径(DN≤300 mm)、耐压低(以塑料管为主)、供水压力低(低于0.2 MPa)等特点,系统形成了农村供水管网二次污染气水脉冲处理技术,并在宁夏中卫市沙坡头区农村供水工程应用。气水脉冲作业管道总长8.1km,PVC管材,管径范围90~180mm,最佳技术组合参数为供水压力0.2 MPa,供气压力0.2~0.3 MPa,脉冲周期4~5s,平均作业效率98.8 min/km。冲洗效果显示:气水脉冲作业管道内生长环基本清除,通水面积平均增加29.3%;出水浊度、铁锰等水质指标达到国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006);与常规"单向流冲洗法"相比,气水冲洗作业费用和所需水量大大降低。 In view of the small diameter of rural water supply pipe(DN≤300 mm),low resistance of pipe pressure(mainly plastic pipe),low water supply pressure(<0.2 MPa),gas-water pulse technology was systematically formed for processing the rural secondary pollution of water supply pipe network,rural water supply network selection demonstration application of secondary pollution serious pipeline section in Shapotou District,Zhongwei city,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was carried out.The total length of the PVC pipeline is 8.1 km,the diameter range is90~180 mm and the optimal gas-water pulse parameters are adjusted:water supply pressure is0.2 MPa,air supply pressure is 0.2~0.3 MPa and the pulse period is 4~5 s.The average operating efficiency was 98.8 min/km;After the flushing operation,the growth ring in the pipeline was basically cleared,and the water area was increased by 29.3%on average.The turbidity of the effluent water is decreases by 97.6%,and iron and manganese indexes of the effluent meet Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2006).Compared with the conventional"one-way flow flushing method",The cost of flushing and the amount of water required are greatly reduced.
