摘要
针对近期生产H82A硬线钢面缩率偏低的问题,总结了影响其断面收缩率的因素,同时进行了对比试验分析。结果表明:本次生产的在H82A钢时效后拉伸断口夹杂物最大尺寸达到138μm,氧含量均值高于正常试样7×10^(-6),夹杂横向尺寸均值高于对比试样5.4μm,夹杂纵向尺寸高于对比试样4.9μm,面缩率偏低与大颗粒脆性夹杂物的存在有较大关系。并且讨论了拉伸过程中拉应力作用下大颗粒脆性夹杂物促使试样提前断裂,导致断面收缩率降低的机理。
Aiming at the problem of low area reduction of H82A hard wire steel in recent production, the factors affecting the area reduction were summarized, and a comparative test analysis was conducted. The results show that after H82A steel is aged,the maximum size of tensile fracture inclusions reaches 138 μm, the average oxygen content of H82A steel is 7×10^(-6) higher than that of normal sample, the average transverse inclusion size is 5.4 μm bigger thall that of normal sample, the longitudinal inclusion size is 4.9 μm bigger thall that of normal sample, and the low area reduction is related to the existence of large particle brittle inclusions. In addition, the mechanism of fracture caused by large particle brittle inclusions under tensile stress was discussed.
