摘要
随着科学技术水平的快速提升,我国计算机行业有了空前的发展,计算机技术被广泛地应用到人们的生活、工作和娱乐中,计算机也逐渐成为人们生活和工作中的必需品。而且,当今时代是信息量繁杂的时代,在工作中应用计算机技术不仅可以帮助人们减轻工作压力,有效地提高工作效率,同时也促进了办公自动化发展,充分确保了办公的安全性和准确性。作为办公自动化的重要纽带,计算机技术有效地连接了办公自动化工作的所有环节,对企业快速实现办公自动化发展起到了促进作用。基于此,笔者在本文将简单介绍办公自动化,并分析办公自动化中计算机应用中出现的问题及其应用价值,并针对如何在办公自动化发展中应用计算机技术提出几点建议。
In recent years,with the rapid improvement of science and technology,China's computer industry has made unprecedented development.Therefore,computer technology has been widely used in people's life,work and entertainment,and computers have gradually become a necessity in people's life and work.Moreover,the present era is an era of complicated information.The application of computer technology in work can not only help people reduce work pressure and effectively improve work efficiency,but also promote the development of office automation and fully ensure the safety and accuracy of office work.As an important link of office automation,computer technology eff ectively connects all links of office automation,and promotes the rapid development of office automation in enterprises.Based on this,the author will briefly introduce office automation,analyze the problems and application value of computer application in office automation,and put forward some suggestions on how to apply computer technology in the development of office automation.
