摘要
2003年中国开始了探月工程计划,设定了“绕、落、回”三步走研究战略,现阶段已经正式进入探月工程三步走战略中最关键的最后一步。对比以往的太空采集样品的方式与技术,提出了一种新的驱动方式和适合机械臂末端采样器执行机构。采样器的驱动装置通过高频振动冲击月球表面土壤进行指定深度的钻探取样,由于微粒在高频冲击的条件下具备单方向移动特性,通过这一运动特性,贯入式采样可以保证月壤本身的土壤层次顺序,得到月球完备的土壤层理信息。通过改变驱动装置的频率和电流幅值进行实验,得到其对采样速度的影响规律。
In 2003,China began the lunar exploration project plan,and set up a three-step research strategy of"around,down and back".At this stage,China has officially entered the most critical last step in the three-step strategy of lunar exploration project.Compared with the previous methods and technologies for collecting samples in space,a new driving method and an actuator suitable for the end-of-manipulator sampler are proposed.The driving device of the sampler uses high-frequency vibration to impact the lunar surface soil for drilling and sampling at a specified depth.Particles have unidirectional movement characteristics under high-frequency impact conditions.Through this movement characteristic,penetrating sampling can ensure the soil layer sequence of the lunar soil itself,and obtain complete soil layer information on the moon.Experiments are performed by changing the frequency and current amplitude of the drive device to get its influence on the sampling speed.
