摘要
20世纪90年代以来,新中国城市社会生活中的基本场景"单位大院"逐渐解体,大量单位大院中的居民逐步迁往城市社区。城市社区主要是由陌生人组成的异质社会,大院居民在融入城市社区时存在文化和情感上的隔阂,邻里关系较之单位大院疏远很多,使"交流何以重构"成了一个重要议题。文章结合"单位"视角,扎根于中国城市空间特有的发展历史及社会脉络,以一个已经破产重组的煤矿单位的底层居民安置生活点--宁夏回族自治区J市L社区为例,通过田野调查,探讨在重组的社区空间中,底层居民如何重构交流模式及其影响因素。研究发现,底层居民充分发挥主观能动性,灵活利用甚至改造了L社区中的各种交流空间,在交流中形成了重叠多样的社会关系纽带,巩固并拓展了他们在老单位时的社交网络,最终形成了强烈的社区归属感。影响他们交流模式的因素主要包括:社区偏远的位置与完善的设施、社区外部空间政策的倾斜、单位居民多种关系的交织重叠与大量的共同行动。文章最后探讨了该案例对提升我国城市社区的治理水平的启示。
Since the 1990 s,the basic scene of new China’s urban social life"unit courtyard"has gradually disintegrated,and a large number of residents in the unit courtyard have gradually moved to urban communities.The urban community is mainly a heterogeneous society composed of strangers.Residents in the courtyard have cultural and emotional barriers when they integrate into the urban community,and the neighborhood relationship is much more distant than that of the unit courtyard,which makes"how to reconstruct communication"become an important topic.Based on the"unit"perspective,this study takes root in the unique development history and social context of China’s urban space.Taking the L community of J City in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,this study explores how low-level residents reconstruct the communication mode and its influencing factors in the restructured community.It is found that the low-level residents make flexible use of and even transform various communication spaces in L community,form overlapping social ties in communication,consolidate and expand their social network in the old unit,and finally form a strong sense of community belonging.The factors influencing their communication mode mainly include:the remote location and good infrastructure of the community,the inclination of the external space policy of the community and the interweaving and overlapping of various relations of the unit residents and a large number of joint actions.Based on this,the paper discusses the enlightenment of this case to improve the governance level of urban communities in China.
